We could be required by local authorities to send our records in order to add them to a global database controled and regulated by the Spanish goverment or the European Union Council.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents. In any way shall the hipergate working group share this information to any third party beyond the legal requirements by Spanish or European Union goverment.
