Data Collection

- Platform and version of your computer and browser
- User's interaction with a page or resource
- Input data in forms and interaction with other items
- HTTP cookies
- The cookies you send to our servers (mostly your user tracking and login data)
- Miscellaneous non-base data schema information
- Included (but not limited to) your browser's Java capability, Flash plug-ins, etc
- Search terms
- The query you sent to our search engines
This data will be used for the following purposes:

Some European Union and Spanish laws may require us to store the
personal information we collect for a certain amount of time. Is
our desire to destroy this information as soon as law allow us.
We could be required by local authorities to send our records in
order to add them to a global database controled and regulated by
the Spanish goverment or the European Union Council.
This data will be used by ourselves and our agents. In any way shall
the hipergate working group share this information to any third party
beyond the legal requirements by Spanish or European Union goverment.
